The Final Hummus and Veggie Sandwich piled excessive with veggies and sprout, loaded with creamy hummus, and held along with sturdy entire grain bread. Meatless sandwiches by no means appeared so good!

INGREDIENTS
4 items hearty entire grain sandwich bread
Hummus (I like all issues Sabra, chipotle, conventional, and roasted garlic are all nice decisions)
Contemporary spinach leaves
1 massive carrot, grated
4 massive ripe tomato slices
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Thinly sliced crimson onion
Alfalfa sprouts
Salt and pepper to style
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put together all of your substances. You may toast the bread when you like in a toaster or depart it untoasted.
2. Add a thick layer of hummus to the within all every bit of bread. On two items of bread add a skinny layer of recent spinach leaves. Prime with grated carrot, then tomato slices, add some salt and pepper to the tomato slices, then add avocado, then crimson onion, then alfalfa sprouts.

I cherished Sabra Chipotle Hummus on this for a zippy little kick and my husband most well-liked the standard hummus. I believe nearly any taste of Sabra hummus could be scrumptious together with the roasted garlic.
