Moroccan Lamb Tagine | LEBANESE RECIPES

Instructions

Step 1

In a big bowl, toss lamb with about 2 teaspoons salt. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour or in a single day within the fridge. 

Step 2

In a small saucepan over medium-high warmth, convey hen broth to a boil. Take away from warmth and add dried apricots. Let sit at the very least quarter-hour.
