It has been confirmed that 8 Umrah pilgrims died whereas 45 obtained injured on account of a bus collision. This tragic street incident came about on Friday in Saudi Arabia.

The bus collided with a truck on the Al-Hijrah freeway, in Madinah. Al-Hijrah freeway connects Makkah to Madina.

This collision is reported to have taken place close to the city of Al Yutamah, roughly 90 km from Madinah metropolis. This is likely one of the busy routes of the primary street because it connects the 2 cities: Makkah and Madinah.
