Palestinian shot lifeless by Israeli undercover unit – Center East Monitor

A 27-year-old Palestinian father of three from town of Rahat within the Naqab desert was shot lifeless by an undercover Israeli soldier this morning, Wafa has reported. Sanad Salem Al-Harbed was taken to hospital the place he was declared to be lifeless.

The Israeli soldier claimed that his undercover unit had been fired at. The unit was in Rahat to arrest two suspects. The troopers “neutralised the gunman who posed a menace” and no Israeli casualties had been sustained, mentioned the military.

Nevertheless, the Mayor of Rahat, Fayez Abu Sahiban, confirmed that Al-Harbed was not one of many authentic suspects who the troopers had got down to arrest. He condemned the capturing.

“I hope it doesn’t result in riots,” Abu Sahiban advised Kan, the Israeli public broadcaster. “Residents advised me that the younger man who was killed was a passer-by, and was not related to any capturing [at the soldiers].”

In an announcement posted on Fb, Hamas spokesman Abdullatif Al-Qanou mentioned that, “The blood of the martyrs will proceed to gas our individuals’s revolution in opposition to the Zionist occupier.”
