Turkey’s protection chief inspects measures taken on Iran border – Center East Monitor

Turkey’s Nationwide Protection Minister Hulusi Akar, along with senior army commanders, inspected measures being taken towards irregular migration on the nation’s border with Iran on Sunday, Anadolu studies.

Akar, Chief of Basic Workers Gen. Yasar Guler, Land Forces Commander Gen. Musa Avsever, Naval Forces Commander Adm. Adnan Ozbal, and Air Forces Commander Gen. Hasan Kucukakyuz had been welcomed by provincial governor Mehmet Emin Bilmez on the Van Ferit Melen Airport.

The protection chief will attend a ceremony at a border brigade command after finishing his inspections within the space.
