France and Saudi Arabia have teamed as much as attempt to remedy the Lebanon disaster in a brand new initiative, in response to The New Arab.
French President Emmanuel Macron introduced the joint Saudi-French initiative on Saturday, to fix relations between Lebanon and Gulf states after feedback made by former communications minister George Kordahi sparked a row.
Macron stated that Saudi Arabia had dedicated to supporting reforms in Lebanon, which may assist remedy its disaster and reserve sovereignty.

Relations between Lebanon and the Gulf nations collapsed after former communications minister George Kordahi defended the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen, saying they have been appearing in “self-defence”.
He added that the Houthis weren’t aggressors, in feedback which were seen to imply he views Saudi Arabia and the UAE in a adverse mild.
This induced an enormous rift between crisis-hit Lebanon and gulf states Saudi Arabia the UAE, each of which noticed the feedback as an assault on their joint coalition and ongoing army marketing campaign.
