Lebanese Fattoush Salad | LEBANESE RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

1 lemon juiced

1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses

1 small clove garlic, minced

3 tablespoons additional virgin olive oil

2 hearts of romaine chopped or torn in items

1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1/2 pink onion, thinly sliced

2 radishes thinly sliced

1-2 cups Pita Chips

10 contemporary mint leaves, chopped or torn

INSTRUCTIONS

For the French dressing, in a small bowl whisk the lemon, pomegranate molasses, garlic, salt, 1 teaspoon of the Garlic Mint Salt, 1 teaspoon of the sumac, and olive oil till it’s completely mixed.
