1 kilogram Hen Thighs
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Medium Onion, sliced
1 Medium purple bell pepper, reduce into cubes
2 Cloves contemporary garlic, roughly chopped
5 tbsp MAGGI® Mediterranean Cooking Sauces
1 cup seedless inexperienced olives
2 tbsp capers in brine, drained
0.5 tbsp Dried rosemary
1 cup water
Instruction
Step 1 In a deep pan, sear hen thighs in vegetable oil till golden. Push apart, add onion and bell pepper, and prepare dinner till greens are tender.
Step 2 Add garlic and MAGGI® Mediterranean Cooking Sauces and prepare dinner for 2-3 minutes. Add rosemary and water, stir collectively, cowl and simmer over medium low warmth and prepare dinner for 20 minutes till hen is absolutely cooked.
Step 3 Switch to a serving dish and serve together with cooked pasta or white rice.
