Ministry of Commerce warns of faux and unknown digital Shops that defraud Customers
The official spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia, Abdulrahman Al-Hussein has warned the customers towards the unknown on-line e-stores and accounts.
Al-Hussein highlighted the necessity for customers to be cautious of buying from pretend and nameless accounts that market fraudulent and counterfeit merchandise and promote pretend advertisements, as their intention is to defraud customers.
– Al-Hussein known as on all digital shops registered on the “Maroof” platform to get the industrial register or the doc of the unbiased employee for practitioners so as to make sure the continuity of documenting their shops on the platform.
– The intention of the Ministry of Commerce’s choices are to enhance the reliability of e-commerce, develop its actions, inspire shops to broaden, in addition to to take away unidentified shops and to guard and protect the rights of the service provider and client.
